After 30 years in Poland, I always had a strong desire to return to my homeland and contribute to the development of Vietnamese cuisine. As a Vietnamese abroad, I deeply cherish traditional values and wanted to bring the flavors of my homeland to everyone.

In fact, I had previously started three businesses in the food industry. While they weren't major successes, those experiences provided me with valuable lessons and reignited my passion for Vietnamese spices.

While living in Poland, I often heard negative comments about Vietnamese products. That made me reflect and become determined to prove that Vietnam is capable of producing high-quality products that not only meet domestic needs but can also be exported to international markets.

Dh Foods offers a wide range of spice products. What led Dh Foods to create the Natural Gia Vị Tự Nhiên product line?

When I was in Poland, I noticed that Europeans highly favored using natural herbal spices due to their ability to preserve the full flavor of dishes while being safe for health.

Additionally, I was concerned about the harmful effects of chemicals in food, especially for children. Residual chemicals in the body can affect the liver, kidneys, and overall health.

Driven by these thoughts, I wanted to offer Vietnamese consumers a line of natural spices that are safe for health, allowing them to cook delicious meals without worrying about the harmful effects of chemicals. So, initially, when we launched the product, Dh Foods was concerned that it might be difficult to compete with other spice products. However, since its launch, Natural Gia Vị Tự Nhiên has continuously received positive feedback from consumers.
