 Hanoi Beef Noodle Soup is a specialty that carries the traditional features of the capital and the famous culinary brand of Vietnam. If anyone has missed the rustic yet quintessential taste of the old pho, with the sweet broth simmered from bones, the fragrant blend of typical spices: cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cardamom,... then now mothers and young people can make it at home with just a few simple steps. 

  With NATURAL Hanoi Beef Pho Spices, the ingredients are completely natural, "standard" according to Hanoi Pho recipe, both convenient and safe for health.

Ingredients:  Cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, ginger, onion, pepper.

Instructions for use:

  • One packet for 2 liters of water.

  • Simmer 1kg of beef bones with 2 liters of water for 2 hours. Turn off the heat and let cool for 1 hour.

  • Put all the spices in a filter bag and put it in the pot of broth, continue to add 2 liters of water to make 2 liters of water, cook for 1 hour.

  • Season to taste.

Note:

  • Cooked Pho (brisket): add 300g beef to the pot of broth, at the same time as the seasoning packet.

  • Rare Pho: put rice noodles in a bowl, arrange meat on top, pour in the finished pho broth as above.
